The standard is personal.
Drawings set the minimum. Founder Kirill Lavrik personally inspects and refines the work — because his name is on every home.
02The practice
Family-run · Gold CoastGood enough
isn’t the point.
A finish can pass on paper and still not be right. At Raw Built, that’s where the real work begins.
Raw Built is a family-run Gold Coast builder delivering custom new homes, major renovations and extensions, and high-end apartment renovations — each planned thoroughly before work begins, with Kirill personally involved from first consultation to handover.

04The founder
His name.His standards.His responsibility.
For many projects, meeting the drawings and specifications is where the job ends. For Kirill, it isn’t always where the attention ends.
He works alongside trades he trusts, checks the finish for himself, and is prepared to revisit a detail that already meets the brief if he believes the result can be better — raised with you first where it touches design or cost.
- Precision
- Craft
- Accountability
